Great for lunch! If you live in the area, it's well worth stopping by for a humble yet filling and delicious plate of protein, beans, and rice. Their pernil (roast pork) was excellent; soft yet not falling apart with a delicious piece of crispy skin. The black beans came in a light sauce of their own seasoning, which was a good accompaniment. The price for what you get is very good for lunch and had excellent value! Stumbled upon this place while walking around and WOW. So delicious. We had the fried rice and stewed chicken and it was excellent! Will definitely be coming back. The staff were so kind and attentive to everyone. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!
Food was great. They take cards (unlike Zoralie up the street). Small. Two tables. No bathroom. $4 homemade empanadas were awesome. Cuban sandwich was great with large serving of fries.
