TL/DR: fantastic coffee, plus the best sparkling water I have ever had?! Easily one of the best two cortados I had in NYC this weekend. (Other one being Suited NYC). A visit to Sey Coffee is nothing short of a pilgrimage for anyone serious about specialty coffee. This is a world-renowned roastery whose coffees are celebrated in some of the best specialty cafés globally — including Motors Coffee — and experiencing it at the source is something special.
