Food is just okay but I stopped going after 3 visits. They don’t understand how online ordering for pickup works, and when you get there it takes forever to get your order because only like 1 person is ever working. It’s such a slow complicated experience that it’s just not worth it. It’s food truck food.
Whenever I order food from uber eats and order extra protein I never get it. Shahs is super cheap with the portions. I rather order from hala bros
I always get delivery. Food & portions so far have been great, however it’s ALWAYS lukewarm. For delivery they should have insulated brown bags like Amazon Fresh. Also, the first 3 times I requested green sauce they didn’t include it, but they did last night. If they can improve in these two areas I’ll gladly give them 5 stars. By the way, I love the way they wrap the food!
