I’ve been eating at this brand in many locations around New York for the past four years and have tried almost every burger they offer. Because this branch is close to my home, I end up coming here quite often. Unfortunately, this location is worse than bad. The vegetables were completely lifeless. The lettuce in my burger was honestly some of the lowest-quality, almost rotten lettuce I have ever seen. Even a one-dollar burger from McDonald’s or another fast-food chain could be better than this
I loved how clean the location was. The staff members were all so kind and hospitable. Robert, the manager was very welcoming to all of us dining. Food was fresh and delicious.
Shake Shack at Columbus Circle never disappoints. Great spot whether you're grabbing a quick bite before heading into Central Park or fueling up after a long day of exploring the city.
