Sometimes it gets busy you have to wait for people to finish eating or sit with them to eat. Always busy because of the mall nearby or the kids out from school. It’s like one of the few spots you can order and eat /sit by yourself. Other areas around here are like restaurants you gotta sit to get served or walk farther to find a fast food option. But this is always my first option when I’m visiting the mall
I was very disappointed with my experience that I had to write this review due to the lack of attention given to my order. After placing my order at the kiosk, my chocolate shake was prepared and left in the pickup cooler without my name being labeled on it or anyone calling my name. The restaurant was not busy—there were only a few customers—yet I waited approximately 30 minutes before finally speaking up. I just received my order from this shake shack location and there is a bug in my food.Thank GOD I noticed it laying under the chicken sandwich and inspected what it was before I consumed it.
