Shake Shack at 1700 Broadway (53rd & 7th) was absolutely amazing! The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and honestly so tasty they will haunt you afterwards in the best possible way. Everything tasted fresh, the fries were on point, and the overall experience was exactly what you hope for from a classic NYC fast-casual spot. We ordered a Shack Stack Burger, Avocado bacon burger and a Cheeseburger with Chicken Bites and fries. It was all delicious and fresh. The place was busy, but service was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly. We took our food back to the hotel as it was too cold to sit outside and no place to sit inside.
The food is ALWAYS on point: hot, fresh, made to order, etc. 10+ service & 10 gold stars I took a number and sat outside with every intention of checking my texts to return inside to retrieve my order. An employee brought my order to me , offered assistant with anything else and wished me a good day. Even when I quickly ran in to get me some ketchup, the same young man offered his assistance.
