I had a wonderful experience at Shake Shack Lower East Side. The service was great, but what really stood out was the kindness of a young waitress who was very thoughtful toward my daughter. She gave my daughter coloring paper and a pencil to keep her entertained, and even surprised her with a free ice cream. That small act of kindness made our visit feel extra special. I can’t believe this location.. either burgers too salty or there’s minimal to no shake shack sauce. Today I finally figured how to select condiments on the app and selected everything. Plus pickles and raw onion… they put ONLY pickles. Like seriously? How blind are these people .. the shop wasn’t even busy . Worst location ever.. if it weren’t for distance, I would not order from here. This store is ruining shack’s branding, burger tastes only salty and why does the shack sauce taste like mayo
Whoever was on the grill, the expo, the prep, and hosting on the late night shift Monday June 8th (into 9th) post Knicks loss - was supreme. The best shake shack burger I’ve ever had, the best customer experience, and atmosphere! Truly turned the night around. Pay them more!
