We already know these burgers are delicious, i am here to post about Timothy- a server who clearly embraces Shake Shack's mission statement. I was having trouble with ordering on the self service, he noticed and took me to a human who keyed in my order. I was lost as to where to wait for my order and he offered to serve it himself. Even though all the extras were at arms length he offered to do it himself too at which point i declined and got my own sauces, but his desire to satisfy his customer
Orders are always missing an item or two, when selecting a well done burger you get exactly the opposite, tipping the staff in app yields worse service than otherwise. Have picked up something from this location at least once a week since opening and it’s consistently bad. The worst shake shack location I’ve ever experienced. Straight up fleecing people.
Grand Opening was yesterday so assuming it would be packed I decided to pass by today for lunch, sadly, I wasn't thoroughly Greeted or Assisted like the guests that came in after me but, it's okay. Reasons I passed by for lunch of course it's Grand Opening let alone to try the Limited Time "French Onion Soup Burger" (size wise I got was a Double) & to also try the Limited Time "Parmesan Garlic Fries" that came with a Roasted Garlic Aioli Sauce Dip.
