Best gluten free bagel I’ve ever had. There are numerous options to choose the exact salmon and cream cheese you want. Highly recommend the Scottish salmon & scallion cream cheese. Really nice staff too.
I recently visited this place for the first time and I was blown away by the quality of the food. I ordered a toasted everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, nova salmon, tomato, onion, and capers, and it was absolutely delicious. The nova salmon was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and I was told that it was sourced locally. Solid spot in the E. Wburg just off the L Grand Street station. I’ve been living in the neighborhood some 3 years, and in the last 2 Simply Nova quickly became my regular for the weekend. The lox (everything, of course) bagel is my favorite. A friend tried the pastrami salmon egg sandwich and said it was really good, gotta give it a try.
