Went in to grab a coffee and ended up ordering a juice instead. It took about 10 minutes to come out, so I assumed it was being made fresh — but it turned out to be bottled juice poured over ice. It tasted like nothing, super watery, and cost $9 🤡. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this felt like robbery. Definitely won’t be coming back.
The bench was broken. One side was crashing into the floor. The employee was nasty & didn’t understand NYC service dog laws. Apparently, he was being nasty for his own dislike of dogs. We all have dislikes, but being an adult means we tolerate. The gelato was OK, but go to Venchi instead. It’s much better!
Cute little shop with the most helpful staff!! Was looking for luggage storage and they walked around with us until we found it. The smoothies and protein shakes are amazing!! Thank you!!!
