I would give them a 5 star for food but the only drawback is the service. I had meta glasses on and the lady really started talking about me saying that I’m lying I never said steamed chicken than continued to cut me off won’t allow me to speak I did not argue and don’t want to sound bad but I think people like this should not be the ones dealing with general public especially when technology can let us know how discriminatory you can be
After 27 years of being a loyal customer of Six Happiness on 711 2nd Avenue, spending thousands of dollars and ordering from them multiple times a week, I am extremely disappointed by how I was treated. I placed a phone order and went to pick up my food. When I arrived, I was told my total was approximately $37. I handed the employee a $100 bill, and she immediately questioned it, saying, “This bill is not rough.” She then compared it to another $100 bill from the register and said mine was too
After living in NYC for 42 years I can honestly say this restaurant is the best. I always have such a pleasant experience on the phone when ordering takeout. The person is always so warm and sweet. The food arrives fairly quick and the food is always good. I’ve had Chinese restaurants where they yell on the phone and are so rude. Not this place. When the people are so nice, it makes you want to only buy from them and support their business. Highly recommend!
