I had an amazing experience at Smashburger thanks to Shanaya! From the moment I walked in, she was professional, friendly, and had such a positive attitude. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She made sure everything was right with my order and made me feel welcomed. The food was fresh and delicious, but Shanaya’s excellent service really made the visit stand out. Smashburger is lucky to have someone like her on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I just started coming here with my granddaughter on odd nights and I'm always pleasantly surprised at how well we are treated by the employees. They are attentive, patient, kind and professional. As a senior citizen I love places that respect us older folks. This one does. Also I am a veteran and I always get a discount without any hassle. Today I saved $8 on a $35 charge. I will continue to being a regular customer.
Compared to the other NYC locations, this SmashBurger has less foot traffic and the quality is still great. Fresh burgers and fries, and they keep everything clean. Shares the building with Target, FiveBelow and Sketchers. It’s nice to grab a quick bite once in a while
