An older building that's currently getting a makeover, new cafe, racing & golf simulator in a bar area that you can reserve as a building occupant (business). They are close to the subways and Grand Central.
The building is very conveniently located right near Grand Central, on Park Ave. It's also near some nice restaurants and other things. The interior is quite nicely done, some extremely elegant and tasteful areas in there. If you do visit, you will probably like it quite a lot.
480 Lexington Avenue was the first offices of DC Comics where the first Batman comic was written in 1940 which was sold for 10c now valued at $1.5 million. Holy cow Batman! That's some nostalgic history right there!
