Vinny is the business owner of this small and quaint establishment. He was extremely attentive to my group orders and needs. He was very professional, accommodating, and friendly with excellent service. Thank you Vinny for making our service experience fabulous. The restaurant is educadorian where I had chalulan which consist of fried rice with chicken, beef, shrimp and sweet plaintains. The food was so good. I definitely will go back. My only criticism is the table seating which is more display
I didn't know what to expect from ordering an encebollado so my husband and I ordered encebollado praying to be good, lol, and it was DELICIOUS! I WAS SO HAPPY IT HAD A GOOD TASTE AND TEXTURE! AND THE RICE WAS GOOD AS WELL. The food came out in 15 mins, which was okay. The service was also okay, not the best, but it's good.
Sol De Quito 2 is a go-to spot when you want real flavor and big portions. The vibe is chill, the prices are fair, and the food always comes out fresh and filling. My top recommendations? Encebollado – bold, rich, and perfect on a cold day. Breaded Chicken Breast – crispy outside, juicy inside, and pairs perfectly with rice. Platano Maduro (Sweet Plantain) – sweet, caramelized, and addicting. Bandeja Ecuatoriana – the full experience on a plate. You get a bit of everything and every bite hi
