Sophie's brings a plethora of Cuban choices made with love. My favorite is the turkey but there is so much to choose from and enjoy. Pick your own favorite. From Cuban sandwiches, to other Cuban delights at an affordable price, it is a convenient One-Stop shop near the downtown courthouses and museums. Most items range from around 7 to $20 for all the works. Staff is clean, kind and helpful. The only reason why I gave less stars on atmosphere because it is your typical sit down restaurants seati
The food was good. I love the beef empanada. Others love their spicy green sauce, which you can buy in pints. The Cuban sandwich was OK. The service was fast. They had a lot of different options with hot food. I like the pernil with plantains, rice, and beans. I spent about $15 per person.
My first time and experience at Sophie’s, customer service was horrible. I ordered my food at the counter just before going to church a few doors away. I receive better customer service at Burger King. Server V had an attitude with me, although I was polite with her. I don’t understand was it because of my race?
