We’ve eaten at this restaurant four times now. The previous visits were all fine, but this time all three dishes we ordered were disappointing. The spice levels were inconsistent—one dish was so bland it was completely inedible, and the noodles were too hard. Another dish had broken, overcooked noodles, and even though we ordered medium spicy, it turned out extremely spicy. The food was very spicy, even more than we expected. It was not enjoyable for us. The service was also not good. We are a group of people, and we ordered mala. We chose our own ingredients separately, but they fried everything together. That was not what we wanted.
Shown below is 80 dollars worth of food… I was genuinely at a loss for words when I saw the food come back and a bunch of the stuff that we added initially was no longer in the plate served. Im 90% sure when they took it back they removed parts of it as there were multiple things missing like me and a friend added tons of enoki mushroom, these potato things, spinach, tofu.
