This place was such a vibe and its exactly what I needed. Me and my friend found this place on google and decided to try it out on a Thursday night. When we arrived, we went to the 5th floor but were told there were not any small rooms available (it was only two of us) so they told us to try the 9th or 11th floor. On the 9th floor, We were greeted and taken into the room right away. Keep in mind they will ask to keep a credit card on file. I think it was $55 per hour . We did two hours and order
Had a blast with my team for a work outing. Don’t try any food so I can’t speak to the quality. The sound system and mics were great. The YouTube queuing playlist was a little confusing it was difficult to remove or adjust the queue but the good thing is it made it did make it easy for us to look up pretty much any song we wanted to sing. The room for very hot with more than 6 people so dress comfortably if you rent a room and have a group lever than that.
The customer service here was pretty hostile upon arrival, average exchanges with the entry staff and bartender always had a hint of attitude. I read some previous reviews stating that they will bring out a birthday cake if requested, so I bought a cake and made the request; the host could have simply declined but he was extremely passive aggressive in doing so for some reason.
