Beautiful store and incredible staff! I've been to this location a couple of times, every time I get a chance to visit NY. The staff are super friendly and helpful and make the effort to find your sizes and recommend other items. Unfortunately, the store doesn't seem to be fully stocked – a lot of items I was looking at did not have a full size run and many items on display were simply just the last ones available. I love visiting the Sporty & Rich store in SoHo — I often come here for their amazing events, and I’m always impressed by the atmosphere. It’s so cool that they organize experiences for their community, not just sell products. The smoothies are delicious, and the energy in the space is always positive and inspiring. As for the clothing — I’m obsessed. Their new tennis collection just launched, and I’ve already ordered nearly the entire line. The quality is outstanding, the pieces wash beautiful
I visited there on 7th of May during my trip to new york. To be honest, as a royal fan of the brand who have purchased countless of products. i am quite disappointed with the service i received from the staffs. She obviously looked down on me and my sister and didnt seem to willingly to service even if i was not so demanding at all. Not sure only if i am asian or not. But this is not quite acceptable to me and literally made me reconsider about continuation to support the brand. I hope the brand
