Sherrise at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! We were stuck here in the blizzard and she made sure we were taken care of! The free breakfast is a nice bonus! The bathroom being in the middle of the room is a little strange, but that isn’t the hotels fault. The location is good, there are a couple subway stops like .3 to .5 away and you are only a couple blocks from Bryant Park.
Left after 1 night and switched hotels down the street. The location is perfect, this is a pretty quiet street in a very central area. HOWEVER, the hotel rooms are aged and the room upgrades were poorly done. It is clear that maintaining infrastructure was not a top priority here. AC died in the middle of the night. Before it died it would turn off and on every 10 minutes with a very loud noise. The shower was accessible which made water cover the whole bathroom. The bedding and pillows were ver

Customer service is clearly a top priority here, as every staff member we interacted with seemed dedicated to making our stay flawless. I especially want to commend Dilonnie from the check-in team. Dilonnie’s exceptional service and willingness to go above and beyond set a wonderful tone for our entire visit. Every subsequent request we had was met with absolute satisfaction.
