Nice bowls, not the best but very good for a chain! A really enjoyed the Mexican bowl and in my opening reasonable priced. Also a good interior with space to eat, but no restrooms, keep that in mind.
flew in to NY to try Springbone. I tried the bone broth hot chocolate & was disappointed. The texture was too slimy, not excited on the taste, and the false advertisement on the marshmallows. I love healthy food and came a long way. First and last. I’ll probably try another location in the future.
I would say this is a solid 3.5 stars. Service is fast, food is edible, but not something I would crave or after eating felt satiated. I’m vegetarian so I got the veggie bowl which was kale, broccoli, picked veggies and sweet potatoes with quinoa. There was too much quinoa in relation to veggies. I did eat everything and left most of the quinoa. Veggies tasted ok and everything was seasoned well. If you are in a pinch and need a fast healty-ish lunch, I think this place could work.
