We had the most memorable stay at the St regis in New York, they made us feel so at home and were so fantastic with our baby. All the staff were so friendly, especially Ramona from House Keeping, Sue who organised our whole stay for us and for Carole, who always brought a smile to my sons name. This is our favourite hotel in New York, and we always look forward to visiting.
I decided to splurge and use a huge chunk of points to stay at my first ever St. Regis. To say it was a let down would be an understatement. For starters, when we arrived - no one greeted us. We pulled up to the front of the hotel, retrieved our luggage from the cab, and a doorman came out and asked if the bellman had assisted us. We said no, and he proceeded to try to locate him.
