Stopped by for a warm cup of coffee on our first day in New York. But was greeted with such a friendly staff!! They greeted us with enthusiasm even with the early start time and I think the manager? was kind enough to let us know that brewed coffee gets a free refill🥹 The refill was given to us in a new cup but the cup was a larger size and they even split the coffee half and half into our old cup… I don’t leave reviews but I’m so blown away🫨🥺😭
I am so disappointed. This is my go-to spot, but they completely messed up our order today. We ordered an iced vanilla latte and a hot matcha latte, but we got a hot vanilla latte and an iced matcha latte instead. Even the sizes were wrong! I come here all the time, so this is a real letdown.
