The food always tastes fresh, and the drinks are made to standard, but the atmosphere isn't ideal if you're looking for a place to relax or work. The music is too loud, especially early in the morning, because most people in the dining area are on their laptops and trying to work. I asked if they could lower the music a little, and I was told they would try. Starbucks offered efficient and prompt service. My pickup order was prepared quickly and ready on time. The sandwiches were of good quality, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable. Parking is limited and the parking area is relatively small; however, the overall experience was very satisfactory. The hot chocolate was excellent.
A very unique location: open until 11pm (very useful after a full day on the road in Brooklyn / Queens / Long Island area), two levels, outside seating - and water view! Bambam, a great barista who crafted an excellent drink for me, didn’t mind to help advertise this outstanding Starbucks store! Friendly crew, and familiar Starbucks choice of drinks and snacks in a cool, rarely seen in NYC setting - thank you!
