The staff on Saturday AM 3/21/2026 was very pleasant! The cashier was very kind, explained what my drink was to help me make a decision, and wrote a nice message on my cup “good vibes”. They also cheered about a customers birthday. The folks at the end of the bar were also very pleasant, letting me know my order was coming up and completed the order timely and followed my special request for light ice. I didn’t catch anyone’s name but the whole experience was timely and enjoyable.
I recently visited this location and typically order iced beverages, usually requesting light ice since standard portions include a significant amount of ice. In my experience, both here and at other Starbucks locations, drinks with light ice are still filled somewhat close to the top. During my most recent visit, however, the beverage contained noticeably less liquid than usual despite the reduced ice (see attached photo).
