If you're staying in this area, a large and nice Starbucks. Plenty of seating areas. Clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Customer service was not great. Employees do not have a smiling approachable appearance. Workers have an attitude and then it trickles down to the other employees. I was able to witness a complaint happening and I have to say the initial staff that was approached handled it poorly. The manager was called and listened.
Waited there for 7-10 mins even after placing mobile order, no staff, I ordered egg white feta wrap and this is what I get cold have to warm up by myself. It’s totally diff food. Just see how it look in app and in the bottom this is what you get. Disappointing. They should add real photos on app.
