I am an international student from Korea currently visiting New York for a day trip. The weather today was incredibly cold, so I stopped by this Starbucks to warm up with a hot chocolate. I was so touched and wanted to express my gratitude properly at the time, but I couldn't find the right words in the mom
This is a small location that gets incredibly busy due to all the offices surrounding it. If you’re a tourist exploring SoHo, steer clear of here on weekday mornings. They get incredibly busy BUT the staff here never fails to put on a bright attitude and get your order out as quick as humanly possible. Even if they get an order wrong or some cranky customer has a complaint, it’s always handled with a smile. I’m always impressed by their work ethic and attitude.
I go here because its close to my work. It seems they give you old or non fresh deserts. I would like to see the expiration dates. Its sad because you spend a lot for one blondie or Danish and then when you receive it, it is not even fresh. AND DO NOT respond with what you say to all that give a low rating. I have solved this problem by never ordering pastries or sweets from this location again and informing friends, acquaintances, and family, to do the same.
