I visited this Starbucks today and had a disappointing experience with customer service. I walked in politely, greeted the staff, and asked if I could get a small cup of ice. A worker told me I had to purchase something first. I said that I didn’t mind buying something and explained that in the past I had come in and usually been given a small cup of ice without an issue. I completely understand that stores may have policies, and my issue is not with being told I needed to purchase something. M
I have lots of love for this place! Always super reliable and they have great hours, which makes it easy for me to get work done over the weekends. Everyone is genuinely so kind and they make an effort to remember you. They've been faring well despite the extra foot traffic due to closures of other locations in the area. I do wish there was more seating available, and was shocked that there is no longer a bathroom open to the public. Would love to see the bathroom reopened!
3.5 / 5.0 - Since they renovated, it is nicer, but the layout isn’t great and seating is limited. There are a few counter seats facing the window right by the pickup counter that sometimes open up, but the rest are always occupied whenever I visit. The extra hot drink I ordered today wasn’t extra hot, but besides that, it was fine.
