I just left Starbucks after ordering two pistachio cream cold brew and this is what I received. I’ve tried to give this location many chances, but the coffee is consistently either burnt or made incorrectly. No one is properly trained. This is easily the worst Starbucks on Staten Island. Don’t bother wasting your money.
Put an online order 10 minutes before I arrived and waited another 10 minutes for my drink to be done. Watch the employee prepare 5 other drinks while mine sat on the counter half made. 2 drinks were made for a customer who ordered while I was there waiting for mine. Never dealt with this kind of service with other Starbucks before.
I came to Staten Island to visit my sister after not visiting for years. This Starbucks took away all the seating it used to have and got rid of the bathroom. On top of that, their espresso machine was down. I wound up having their Christmas Blend - which I always used to like, but it just wasn’t great. It would have been better if I could sit down and sip it there instead of shivering while walking up and down Forest Ave with it sloshing around.
