Coffee shop date with my sister ☕💚 and it did not disappoint. We ordered a grande iced matcha with oat milk (on the right) and an iced lavender cream matcha (venti cup, extra ice, oat milk)on the left, and both were so smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced not overly sweet. The lavender added such a nice, subtle twist to the matcha. Beyond the drinks, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Disgusting service and attitude from barista Jas today. Clearly unable to work under pressure with severe lack of listening comprehension. Didn’t realize asking about an order placed 25 minutes ago was too much for her to handle intelligently and emotionally. Certainly, staffing selection could be better at this location. But kudos to the male barista that heard the commotion and ready my order in about 20 seconds.
In 2018, an employee at this location wrote a racist slur on my mom’s cup. It was offensive and unacceptable. I know it was years ago, but discrimination should never be tolerated at any Starbucks.
