My 12oz mocha felt unusually light, so I opened it to check and saw it was underfilled — I hadn’t taken any sips. For almost $7, I expect the full size I paid for. This was clearly below the proper fill level and really disappointing.
Visited this branch early this morning around 7 AM, it was already quite busy. The temperature inside the café felt a bit too cold for comfort. Service was generally okay; the staff seemed a bit off that morning, but she kindly offered a decaf coffee for our son, which we appreciated. Overall, the service was quick.
Manager , this is a friendly reminder , educate your staff about customer relationship! The coffe also they prepare is not well mixed so caramel is underneath the coffe! You guys need to keep up with cleaning tables! Customer does not have to wait in the line just for looking cashier to come and get the payment! Cashier has to be always there! This is the worst place I have ever visited
