I visited Starbucks today and had a disappointing experience with an employee named Slone. I simply asked for a cup of tap water, and he told me I needed to make another purchase in order to get it. The café was very quiet with hardly any customers, so I was surprised by the lack of willingness to help. Maybe there was a misunderstanding or store policy I’m unaware of, but I left the store feeling upset and unwelcome. I usually expect better customer service and kindness from Starbucks.
if you're in Midtown, this is THE Starbucks to go to! Tabitha and Dee made the experience so much fun!! The staff here are charismatic, engaging, and sweet. They had us singing and dancing as they crafted absolutely ✨️ scrumptious ✨️ drinks for us 😌 Highly recommend, and definitely try the blue coconut refresher!
10:57pm - Saturday 10/19/24....This is the most uncomfortable and unaccommodating Starbucks I have ever been. Here I am buying a large mint tea for $5.70 which, they served COLD in the very cold coffee shop with visibily uncomfortable customers, unable to enjoy it, or think straight. I asked the staff if they can lower the AC (we are in November 19th) they say, they cannot. Most importantly, they did not seem to care that people were feeling cold.
