I ordered an iced americano with cold foam and the barista gave me a warm drink. I pointed out that I’m not satisfied with it and she said it might bc the ice melt - ofc it melt! Then she said she can give me a cup of ice and I can flip the drink to it but you will lose your cold foam :) thank you for your notice. I left and right after I walked upstairs the cold foam melt in the warm coffee. I called the customer service and got refund. But still, I wanna point it out on Google Map. Do I have t
First, I would like to say some of them are really nice and friendly in there! But I placed a mobile order and I had to wait a long time for it because when I got there, it was not ready. Everybody that came an order got theirs before I got mine.
Visited here after taking the bus from New Jersey to NYC. Love the handwritten note on the cup since the store is quite busy due to its location. The store is clean and the staff are friendly.
