Amazing staff. My drink was amazing. Great customer service , will be back again !! The drink I got was a black iced tea lemonade and it was just right !!
This is the Starbucks near Grand Central, I went in the evening, so it wasn't crowded, that was awesome! They lack a little in customer service, with few people there, I still had to wait more than 5 minutes to order. Other than that, there was something very cool, a handwritten said "Try Matt's Malt Foam." I ordered a cold brew with sweet foam, and it was MAGICAL! A little thicker than the regular foam, and super creamy. Worth the wait! Also, there is no seating here.
I’m not typically one to leave bad reviews but our experience here was horrible. Stopped by to grab a drink and the cashier, Nika, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. As we were trying to order she seemed impatient and cursed at us. We then saw that she intentionally served the customers after us first. If I could give 0 stars I would.
