Unfortunately, today’s experience at Starbucks was very disappointing. The wait time for the drink was around 15 minutes, while many tables in the café were dirty and clearly not being cleaned regularly. The drink itself felt rushed and carelessly made, far below the quality you would expect from Starbucks. I’ve never in my life had such a bad experience in a Starbucks. For me to sit here and write a review is crazy since usually little inconveniences don’t matter. We ordered 3 things and came in half an hour after we ordered for pick up. 2 things were ready, no big deal. Lots of seating, a spacious upstairs seating area and excellent customer service. Every customer gets greeted as they walk in, and my coffee was delivered pronto! There's a spacious (and fairly clean) restroom with a baby changing table.
