During my stay at the 2026 auto show, I decided I was in need of a Starbucks coffee. While the line was suuuper long, Rasheda took my order and my coffee came out extremely quickly despite the enormous line. She was very kind and helpful and spelled my name right. I also had a custom frappe with a bunch of add-ons that cane relatively quickly as well. Overall, I am satisfied.
This is my first time experiencing racial discrimination and terrible customer service—particularly from that cashier and the manager. You work in the service industry; please serve your customers with a smile. You need to carry yourselves with confidence. We have always deeply respected—and will continue to respect—those who work in the food industry, with the sole exception of the staff at your store.
Very poorly run store. People are not in the optimal position and partners have no sense of urgency. One register open during very busy times. Brand is not executed well. I’m quite surprised.

Shelves, ledges, or equipment exteriors aren't clean or easy to clean.
