I placed two separate orders, and when I went to pick them up, the cashier named Bre yelled at me and had a very rude attitude. She even shook her head at me. I simply told her that I had two orders. Is this the kind of service customers are supposed to receive from a cashier? I order from here regularly, and I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. To make matters worse, after closing the window, she continued speaking in a disrespectful way.
Karlos is very rude, I came here to order today and he opened the window and did not greet me and asked what did I want and I asked to order politely and he closed the window, took a few minutes and walked to another window to ask “what do you want?” It wasn’t even 8:30am, why are people this rude so early in the morning? Food and drink was handed so disgusting and sloppy, never again!!!
Easily worst Starbucks in NYC and I’ve been to so many in diff neighborhoods since I’m a photographer and travel all over - this one is close to where I work and people are rude, more than half the staff is in there doing NOTHING - I don’t get why there’s 5-6 ppl there and only 2 working 😂 the orders will be wrong and wait Que isn’t so bad unless u look inside and notice only 2 ppl working out of 5-6 - ppl are rude at the window more than half the time place is a joke ill go out of my way now a
