I placed an order online at this Starbucks. While waiting, I noticed that the staff member took part of my order and gave it to two customers she clearly knew, then poured the remainder back into my cup. My first cup was clearly not filled completely. When I raised this concern, the staff insisted there was no problem and that the amount in my cup was sufficient.
