Terrible attention offered by the work staff. they do not value the time of the client for 1 hour waiting for a black tea with ice. it is not possible . I do not recommend this place . so much wait and the restaurant empty the problem is the very slow employees
today I went to the West End location and had such a pleasant experience. I tried the new banana bread protein matcha and berry protein matcha. The banana bread was my favorite of the two but both were great. Joel had so much poise and energy and really made me feel special while I was there. It was exciting to see so many new menu items and I tried the strawberry matcha loaf which was a 10/10. The staff was friendly and nice and were cleaning the space quickly and wiping down counters. I decided to go to Starbucks around 7:00 AM. After receiving my order, I went to use the restroom and was shocked by the conditions. The restroom was absolutely disgusting—there was feces on the toilet, which is a serious health hazard. You don’t know if that could be something like C. diff or another illness. On top of that, there was dust everywhere and toilet paper all over the floor. It was a complete mess. I informed the staff, and I was told that the restroom gets cleaned at night and tha
