THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER, didnt even offered to make a new one. Customer service is mid some people are nice however everyone should , in addition some of them dont know how to make drinks . Thats crazy i got a blue coconut matcha it was disgusting . I returned it after only taking 2 sips and they said they couldnt do nothing about it . Wild 10 dolar drink wasted !!!
Just moved to the area and have been here at least 6 times he past 3 weeks. Great customer service and not once have they messed up a single order of mine. I also want to shoutout Sage the barista, she was super sweet and helpful.
Walked in. Nobody was in line. The cashier looks at me. I said hi good morning and she just stares at me. No greeting. No smile. Nothing. Customer service isn’t there.
