Great spot for a warm drink on a cold day. The Tiramisu here was excellent — rich, flavorful, and a perfect pairing with coffee. The location is inside the Empire State Building, so it does get crowded, but the energy adds to the NYC vibe. One fun perk: you can take a picture with the Empire State Building portrait inside the same building for free (see photo for details). A nice little bonus if you're visiting the area. They offer free Wi‑Fi, plenty of charging outlets, and a clean, modern seat

Was my first time trying Starbucks and I am a much more tea oriented person. I explained this to the barrister who made me some recommendations and offered to craft me something to try. It was amazing and I would definitely try it again! He was even willing to remake it if I didn’t like it. The service was excellent! That alone will ensure my return to this spot.
