Things have gone downhill recently. My previous time here I ordered a Matcha latte and received a chai latte, and this time I ordered a hot Matcha latte and they gave it to me iced and by the time they returned it to me hot it had very little Matcha, tasted like hot milk, and had absolutely no sweetener in it. Disgusting. Go to Maman. They fixed my drink. It’s way better.

Very Disappointing Customer Service at 66th & Amsterdam I come to this Starbucks every day—sometimes more than once a day—for my latte.
