Few days ago I ordered on the app one iced passion fruit lemonade and one iced green tea lemonade. My husband grabbed the order as we were in a rush, he came back to the car with 2 of the same drinks which were just plain passiinfruit iced tea. Neither had lemonade in them and to state the obvious one wasn't a green tea.. We didn't have the time to return and ask for a remake, but this is so simple, how could that have been messed up
I would have given this a 0 but the lowest i can was a 1. I ordered a 6 item starbucks order for $55 and only 3 out of my 6 items came!!! My 3 cake pops did not come which is the only reason why I ordered. My daughter was very upset😡😤. They did NOT even think to inform me about this mistake which I find crazy because how are they going to not bring my 3 cake pops and say it is out of season and they couldn't even replace them or give me a refund!!! And they said that they couldn't do that whic
i always place mobile order and i don’t know what’s going on recently but my coffees are either too milky and i can never taste the caramel flavoring i add. There are times too where there not a lot of people in here and i’m a while after my order should be done. I used to never have a problem but now it’s just constant and i don’t know what’s happening.
