Good location. Right on park ave . Close to a lot of office buildings . You would t spot this Starbucks as it is hidden inside :). Always love Starbucks coffee but this time I tried a caramel frappe. It was ok . Was tooooo icy ! I think half of the cup was ice and only half was coffee .. service was good . Was quick . The interiors was good . But they had very few tables and few of them occupied it with their laptops working from there . Overall a good experience … 4 stars .
I had the pleasure of visiting the Starbucks located at 475 Park Ave, NYC, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional. This Starbucks location is quite nice, but unfortunately, the staff does not seem to match the atmosphere. The cashier was rude and displayed inappropriate behavior, including what appeared to be discriminatory attitudes, which is unacceptable regardless of anyone’s background. Their attitude was unprofessional. As for the coffee, it was watered down and lacked flavor, resembling water used to rinse a coffee pot.
