Nice place, close to Times Square and Bryant Park. It is also large with lots of seating and designer furniture, light oak wood. A pleasant tree in the middle of the whole store on top of one desk. Music. And the Broadway, Times Square crowd. This is an office buildings area. No restroom. What is interesting is that they changed the service area, the desk function. I did a mobile order on a Tuesday morning and it took about 10 minutes before they called my name, which matched the estimated time pretty accurately. They were busy with multiple stands set up for mobile order pickup and about 5 to 6 people in the ordering queue. The store itself is nice and thoughtfully designed so it doesn't feel packed even when it is.
