This a great location to have a Starbucks. I enjoy stopping in to pick up my order. The staff is so energetic and pleasant. Pam the manager is dope. You can see that she encourages her staff and even jumps in to help when it is peak time. The fact that the staff knows their customers by name is amazing. There was a ton of plastic in my oatmeal!!! On the lid, around the cup and inside the oatmeal. Apparatus the worker left the plastic inside the oatmeal and cooked it that way. I filed a report to Starbucks and waiting to hear back because that's not ok..that can cause cancer. See the pictures
I asked for a Cafe Mocha, and after I drove away from the drive though, I had to waste time, and gas to get a refund, for what appeared like oily milk, covered in a pound of whip cream! This is the second time this has happened in reguards to bad order. But today's order, made me gag! Don't think I will be returning any time soon! LOADS of OIL!!! What was THAT!!! Gross!!! 🤢🤮 I want an answer from management, as to what I consumed!!!???
