I stumbled upon Steak Street, which is a steakhouse to go on Lex while out for a lunchtime walk, and I’m glad I did. I used to love this place but today was not good at all. First I ordered 6oz with two sides and I added double steak which it was $14 extra. They only gave me 3oz, like where is my rest? Also Mash potatoes was runny and it taste like cleaning soap. Which I was very surprised because I loved their mashed potatoes. But after today I will never order it.
I was really excited about this new spot but unfortunately I was pretty disappointed at the extremely chewy steak I received. The sides were good, though, but for $15 more you can go to the famous steak frittes spot across the street -- EDIT: Understand new business takes some time to get things sorted out, will happily check back in a month or so and try again
