I order from this Subway location frequently because I work in the Diamond District and sometimes I’m too busy to leave work. Unfortunately, almost every time I order through the app something is wrong with the sandwich. Terrible experience at this Subway today (January 13, 2026) around 2:50 PM. My order was a disaster — I ordered a nacho with chicken, but I was served something that looked like pork instead. When I pointed it out, the staff didn’t apologize at all. A police officer who was there even told them they should apologize, but they insisted it was ‘okay’ and said it matched the photo. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I won’t be coming back.
