The short lady is extremely rude, I’m trying to solve an issue I had with my order twice and she’s just dismissive, unapologetic and rude. My hot meatball sandwich is cold and I can’t get a refund or a new one. And my order being completely wrong as if I picked up someone else’s order with my name on it is somehow my fault. Today I went there with my friend… the lady is really rude may be she is from Bangladesh, I ask for 7 sauce and when I ask for 8th she said no even this is the 1st subway with soooo bad behave then also see ask for more money… I get the veg one but she is really rude… I use to go subways in mall they are really friendly 😭 bad experience subway was really cold tasting really I told her to give me Italian herbs bread she gave me white bread she even don’t know about breads very rude behave💔🥺
After long time I have visited this place and found a lot of change, under new management, fresh food, very reasonable prices and friendly atmosphere. Definitely I will come back again this location. Thanks Subway
