February 2nd, 00:30 AM Today was an extremely unsatisfactory shift. One small sandwich order took 25 minutes to prepare. Two employees were working in the kitchen, performing their duties incredibly slowly, like sleepy flies!!! Couriers shouldn't have to wait for orders for so long. This directly affects the quality of service and delivery rating. Request to management: Please address the organization of work during the night shift and take action. The company earns money thanks to the courie
They gone hurt someone's intestines up in this location. If the bread is room temperature and the meat is supposed to be 35 degrees how you heat the meat and bread at the same time. Either the bread will be over toasted or meat won't be heated completely. They just be freestyling. Handled money with gloves on and expecting me to not say anything is insane.
Guy working there at night is such a rude person, and never toasts the bread, meats always cold. Then you say something, and it's over the top bread has burnt marks cooked or half cooked. Only At night. Gee, subway man. Wish you treated the fiends who hang out in the spot the way you treat me!
