2 sandwiches … 1 was fine the other Order was a Philly cheese steak with bacon lol… I get home there’s no steak on the sandwich 😒 and when you try to call it’s busy not sure how that happen
An unfortunate experience. We placed online order at 4:08pm on 3/10. Pick up said 4:25. Got there around 4:20 and figured we'd wait until it's ready. When we got there, employee was helping people in line (who most likely had not been waiting since 4:08pm), so we waited thinking ours was ready. Our app then said order is ready so we asked him. He turned around and pointed to a receipt and said, yeah, I got it. We realized he hadn't started it. We asked why not, he said because he has to take car
